Bought this hobbyhorse for my 2 youngest grandchildren both aged 2 the batteries ran out almost straight away
But they are not replaceable shame on you 👎👎👎 😢😭😭

Brought this for granddaughter great present. Down side batteries are irreplaceable WHY????? so one sad granddaughter when batteries ran out not good enough. Also dont know how long was in shop with customers resting it.

We bought one horse- child loves it, work fine, no issues.
Also bought unicorn for other child- button only worked once then entire battery casing broke. Not great after only one use!!
Kids like them but shame it broke so easily.

So sorry to hear of the disappointment with this item. It sounds like this may have come from a faulty batch.
Best option would be to return this to your local store, along with your order details and we can hopefully offer a replacement OR if preferred reselection towards something totally different.
