Missing pieces and do not go together well

Bought for my 5 year old son for Christmas.
Pieces were missing and had to add from his existing Lego collection.
The doors do not stay in and some of the pieces just fall off and do not connect together and will 'pop' apart when adding more,
Very disappointed mum and 5 year old.

Great kit - great present

Bought for my son's 8th birthday. He is contruction toy mad.
He spent a happy afternoon making the kit up and has enjoyed playing with it every since. Value for money. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because there was 1 piece missing.

If you've not got the budget for the Lego version this is great, 5 year old was over the moon with it.
It is Little flimsy compared to Lego and harder to build but really great value considering how hard it is to keep actual Lego sets together when it's so costly to build.
This is ideal.
We are looking at the fire station for Christmas.
