By entering your email into the Pop Up, you will receive an email from toyshop.com with a unique Offer code to use on the Moonpig website. If you click on ‘shop card’ within the code email, you will be directed to the Moonpig website.
• Any use of the Moonpig website is not subject to our Privacy Policy and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
• This is an online only promotion and cannot be used in any Entertainer Stores.
• Can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional code.
• The Entertainer reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotional offers at any point.

These Terms and Conditions govern the above-named promotion (the “Offer”) which is run by

Moonpig.com Limited (“Moonpig”). Please read them carefully. By redeeming the Offer, all Participants are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

In these Terms and Conditions a bold, capitalised word has a particular meaning. These relevant words can be found in brackets after their meaning. Any reference in these Terms and Conditions to “we”, “us” or “our” is a reference to Moonpig. Any reference to “you” or “your” is a reference to any Participant of the Offer and these references may be used interchangeably.

The Parties:

1. Moonpig shall act as the promoter and Moonpig’s registered office address is Herbal House, 10 Back Hill, London, England, EC1R 5EN.
2. A participant refers to any entrant of the Offer (the “Participant”).

The Offer:

1. The Offer is valid from 6th June 2025 12:00 AM to 6th July-2025 11:59 PM (inclusive).
2. This Offer is only valid for the selected card range displayed on the following page: https://www.moonpig.com/uk/personalised-cards/all/.
3. Moonpig reserves the right to amend the card range at any time during the duration of the Offer.
4. The Offer is only applicable to standard card sizes.
5. The Offer is get one free standard card only.- For the avoidance of doubt, delivery and postage charges associated with the free card are not included within the Offer.
6. When a customer completes an online purchase from The Entertainer at www.thetoystore.com, the customer will receive a pop-up with the Moonpig Offer. By entering your email into the Pop Up, you will receive an email from toyshop.com with a one-time use unique Offer code to use on the Moonpig website. If you click on ‘shop card’ within the code email, you will be directed to the Moonpig website.
7. To redeem the Offer, Participants will have to enter the promotional code at "Moonpig" checkout.
8. Offers are subject to availability and redeemed on a first-come”,” first-served basis.
9. Participants must be over 18 and UK residents.
10. By redeeming the Offer, Participants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements under these Terms and Conditions. Moonpig may reasonably require all Participants to confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements of the Offer.
11. The Offer is limited to one use per customer. Moonpig will not accept any redemptions of the Offer that are automatically generated by a computer, algorithms or completed in bulk by third parties on behalf of companies or businesses.
12. The total number of Offer redemptions is strictly limited to fifty thousand (50,000). Once this limit is reached, no further redemptions will be applied by Moonpig, regardless of whether the Offer period has expired or not.
13. The Offer is valid for all customer types.
14. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer discounts. If the items in your basket qualify for more than one offer, the most beneficial discount will apply.
15. Where the Participant also purchases a gift or flowers with the Offer, the Participant will still pay for the gift or flowers and the associated delivery and postage charges”.”
16. Products ordered as part of the Offer must be checked out within the validity period of the Offer, and will be shipped in accordance with our standard postage.
17. Moonpig accepts no responsibility for Offers not successfully redeemed or not received by Moonpig due to a technical fault or technical malfunction of any kind.
18. Moonpig reserves the right to cancel, change or extend the Offer at any time.
19. Promotions cannot be backdated or applied retrospectively to orders already placed.
20. There are no cash alternatives to the Offer.
21. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid and enforceable.
22. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the parties to these Terms and Conditions submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
