Win Your Height In Games Competition - Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 16, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. To enter, entrants must follow the entry requirements as outlined on The Entertainer’s dedicated Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TheEntertainerToyShop) and Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/entertainer_toys/) competition posts. The winner will be notified via public comment after the closing date and will have 24 hours to respond via private message with their contact details.
4. The opening date for entries is 3rd December 2022. The closing date is 23.59 on 1st January 2023 and entries must be received by this date. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. There will be one overall winner and the prize is one mixed bundle of Hasbro Games up to a maximum height of 3ft/24 games. The mixed games bundle will be chosen by Hasbro UK and will be applicable to the age of the winner.
7. The winner will be selected by random draw on 5th January 2023.
8. The winner will be notified by public comment on the qualifying Facebook or Instagram post. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 24 hours of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. The prizes are supplied by Hasbro UK and Hasbro European Services (‘Hasbro’) whose registered office is at Stockley Park, 4 The Square, Hayes, Uxbridge, UB11 1ET and when entering this prize draw, the winner consents to us passing their details to Hasbro for them to supply the prize. The prize for the winners is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
10. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
11. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com or writes to Win your Height in Games, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Buckinghamshire HP7 9FB. (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and county, being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by emailing PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
14. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.
15. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
