Age of child:3-4 years
Purchased this for my young grandson and purchased the required(the toy shop website) batteries. Sadly the website says I needed two AA batteries, the toy actually needed two AAA batteries, so my grandson was unable to get the most out of the motorised toy. Took the batteries back, they couldn’t be exchanged because they had been opened.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's cute. Not as a good as the old wooden versions, but still fine. It's lightweight plastic, the faces are stuck on (not moulded) but it's fine. My wee one was very very happy to play with these! :)

Requiring only two small batteries to make this engine motorised and pulling a small truck in which to put items this makes a great present.
