Thomas & Friends Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the promotion. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 18, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary although internet access is required.
3. To enter, simply follow the entry requirements as outlined on The Entertainer’s dedicated Facebook page post (https://www.facebook.com/TheEntertainerToyShop).
4. The opening date for entries is 16^th January 2023. The closing date for entries is 31 January 2023. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. The winner will be selected by random draw on 1 February 2023. The winner will be notified by public comment on our Facebook post. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 24 hours of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
7. There is one overall winner and the prize is for 4 day-tickets to Drayton Manor Resort.
8. The prize must be redeemed between 18/02/2023 – 31/10/2023 and is non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned, and no refunds will be given. All 4 tickets must be booked for the same day. No cash or other alternative to the prize will be offered but the Promotor reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any offer, including the rainy-day guarantee, which is not valid for this visit. The prize cannot be used for any separately ticketed events taking place during this time. ​
9. The prize excludes travel to the attractions, accommodation, personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the Prize Package described above;
10. The Prize Provider is Mattel UK Limited and when entering this prize draw, the winner consents to us passing their details to the Prize Provider for them to supply the prize. 11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (subject: Thomas and Friends Prize Draw) or writes to Thomas and Friends Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Buckinghamshire HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 12 with regard to the announcement of winners and clause 10 regarding the provider of the prize.
16. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
