The Entertainer VIP Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 16, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access is required in order to enter the prize draw via The Entertainer Facebook and/or Instagram page.
3. To enter, simply, upload a photo to Facebook or Instagram of you visiting one of our stores or playing with toys purchased at The Entertainer using the hashtag #TheEntertainerVIP .
4. The opening date is 1st September 2023.This is an ongoing monthly prize draw until the final closing date of 11.59pm on 31st December 2023.
5. The closing date for each monthly prize draw is 11.59pm on the last calendar day of the month. Entries received after the monthly closing date shall be entered into the next month’s prize draw provided that the entry must be received by the Final Closing Date. Entries received after the Final Closing Date shall not be valid.
6. There is one winner who will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process. The prize is a £25 gift card to spend at The Entertainer. The winner will be picked on the draw date stated in the prize draw post.
7. A public profile is required for your tag to be visible and your entry to be valid.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
9. This prize draw is in no way sponsored by Facebook or Instagram.
10. The winner will be notified via public comment on the individual’s post. The winner’s comment will be replied to asking them to send their delivery details via private message to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 2 working days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described aioli.
11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com or writes to #TheEntertainerVIP, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and county, being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by emailing PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
