1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 18, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access is required in order to enter the prize draw via https://www.thetoyshop.com/paddington-bear-prize-draw
3. To enter, simply, visit https://www.thetoyshop.com/paddington-bear-prize-draw and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per person and email address into this promotion and entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
4. The opening date for entries is 09.00 on 7th November 2024. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 4th December 2024. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 9th December 2025 ("Draw Date").
7. There will be one grand prize winner who will receive the following prize:
   a. 4 x tickets to the Brigit's Bakery Paddington Afternoon Tea Bus London Sightseeing Tour
   b. A Paddington Bear Toy Bundle
8. Prize Details:
   • Bus tour is for 4 people
   • Due to the length of the tour and having no toilets on board the bus, our Paddington Tours are best suited, and enjoyed, by children of 5 years and over. All children must be accompanied by at least one Adult over 18.
   • Lasts for 1 hour and 45 mins
   • Departs at 1.45pm
   • Runs Wednesday – Friday
   • Departs and returns to Trafalgar Square London
   • This prize has no cash alternative
   • Food options available:
   o Traditional,
   o Vegan,
   o Vegetarian,
   o Halal,
   o Gluten-free.

   • Travel, other personal expenses and accommodation is not included. Prize cannot be taken on dates between 20th December 2024 to 5th of January 2025 and must be completed within 6 months of winner announcement.
   • If for any reason Brigit’s Bakery need to re schedule, you will be offered the opportunity to select an alternative tour day on the Paddington Afternoon Tea Bus. If the prize winner misses the bus through no fault of Brigit’s Bakery the tour cannot be re arranged. Once the booking is confirmed, amendments cannot be made (with the exception of food selection which can be amended with at least 2 days notice).

9. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry within 1 week of the draw date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (subject Paddington Prize Draw) or writes to Paddington Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. The Prize Provider is Retail Monster (Registered Office, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England EC2A 4NE). We will provide the winner’s details to the prize provider in order for them to fulfill the prize. 16. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 12 with regard to the announcement of winners and clauses 15 in relation to fulfilment of the prize.
17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
