Damaged when i collected

I orderd this toy to collect from the entertainer in cambridge. When i opened the bag i found that the pig its self was filthy dirty and the heart pattern was rubbed off. I also noticed that the pink bottle was missing completely from the packaging.
I understand that december is a busy time of year for all retailers especially toy shops! However the fact that someone packed a very obviously damaged toy to be collected is just extremely disappointing.

My little girl bought this yesterday with her birthday money. Initially Piggly was great and she loved it. Not 24 hours later and the pink hearts and inside of the ears is peeling off and the snout has started to crack. Disappointing considering the price.

My niece fell in love with the pets alive pig on her visit to the toy shop. But within only hours of her having it the pink love hearts are already peeling off which has really upset her. The pig gets really grubby really quickly and picks up all of the fluff and dirt. Also the way the legs move is not the safest as she has managed to get her fingers trapped a few times when she picks him up. I don't think it is worth the money.
