This fully posable doll has 6 different guided meditations with light, sound and soothing music across 2 different modes: Daytime and Night. Press the sun on Barbie doll's necklace and follow along in Daytime mode for morning affirmations, guided stretching and breathwork; and press the moon on the necklace to follow along in Night mode for muscle relaxation, counting down to calm down and falling asleep.

The doll (11.5 inches) also comes with an eye mask, a puppy and 3 different emoticon pieces kids can plug into the puppy to express their mood.
