• This product will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
• You will be contacted by our external delivery partner by text message and/or e-mail with a tracking number 
• Delivery will be Monday to Friday.
• Your order will be delivered kerb side, so please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
• Please note this product may arrive in packaging that reveals what is inside.
• We are unfortunately unable to deliver this product to the following postcodes: GY, JE, AB, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, LL58-LL78, IM, TR, BT, PO30-41.

 

Can I return the item?

• If you would like to return this item or another online only product, please contact our Customer Service team. You will not be able to return Online Only products to a store.
• If the item is faulty, we will arrange with the supplier for a replacement part or for full replacement of the product.
• Please note that if you would like to return the product for any other reason than faulty or damaged on delivery, you will be liable for the cost of the return.

The house has a violet half-door with a round handle. The roof is a bright purple colour and there are pink shutters on the windows that can open and close. On the wall next the door is a mailbox where you can post your letters and there is also a special entrance for your pets to play too.
