Replaced trolley very good

I had to return the first trolley as the screws, one in particular, didn't fit when I tried to screw handles on to the trolley. 2nd trolley was fine.

Purchased this today within five minutes of play my son had something in his mouth which was part of one of the wooden blocks that had broken in two. The piece which had broken was a sharp end of the triangle and had I not have spotted this straight away could have resulted in serious injury or worse. Disgusted that a babies toy could break so easily!!

Traditional Brick Trolley a Hit

We wanted a wooden trolley/walker. The spirals on the wheels are inspired, and great fun!
The bricks make an interesting set although many other things can be safely transported too.

Perfect trundle truck

Quick and easy process, received a text from store once delivery was ready.
The trundle truck is sturdy enough for a child learning to walk but you’ll need to weight it down for a couple of weeks if child is at the early stages of walking. The little man in our life loves it! I’m really pleased with the purchase.

The ordering system , and collection arrangements were very good. When I unpacked the box later at home containing the wooden trolley with bricks, I was horrified to find it severely damaged. The wooden tray of the trolley was smashed with screws exposed. I'm so glad I inspected it before wrapping it up for Xmas. I used the Head Office contact number, but the response was not helpful. Which left me very upset and frustrated. I contacted the collection shop and explained the situ, The shop in question at Cwmbran , South Wales were very helpful and empathetic. It was a matter of exchange of item. It all ended well thanks to Christy and Sarah. I am delighted with the replacement.. I recommend that customers check their goods beforehand.. EXAMIN
