Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promoter

    1. The promoter of this prize draw is The Entertainer with registered office at TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (the “Promoter”). No provisions of these terms & conditions shall affect any statutory rights of entrants.
  2. The Prize Draw

    1. The title of the prize draw is the France Holiday Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”).
  3. How to Enter

    1. The Prize Draw will run from 09:00am on 15th December 2025 to 09:00am on 31st December 2025.
    2. To be entered into the Prize Draw, the entrants must:
      (a) Go onto The Entertainer’s website (https://www.thetoyshop.com); and
      (b) Insert your details by completing the form which can be found here: (https://www.thetoyshop.com/wicked-france-prize-draw)
    3. By submitting a Prize Draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. Eligibility

    1. This Prize Draw is open to all UK residents except (1) employees of the Promoter or its subsidiary companies, (2) members of the immediate families or household of employees of the Promoter; and (3) any third-party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw.
    2. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s (aged 16 or under) behalf. Those entrants under the age of 16 must obtain written parental or guardian consent in order to enter the Prize Draw.
    3. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person and per valid email address.
    4. Entries received after 09:00am on 31st December 2025 will be invalid and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
  5. Winners

    1. There is one winner (“Grand Winner”) and two runner up winners (“Runner Up Winners”) (collectively the “Winners”).
    2. The Grand Winner will win the grand prize and the Runner Up Winners will each win the runner up prize as set out in condition 6 below.
    3. Grand Winner will be contacted by Element London Ltd (“Grand Prize Promoter”) and the Runner Up Winner will be contacted via the email address provided by the Promoter.
    4. If the Winners do not respond to either the Grand Prize Promoter or the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by that they have won, then that Winner's Prize will be forfeited. The Promoter will be entitled to select another winner as per condition 7.3.
  6. The Prize

    Grand Prize

    1. The Grand Winner will receive the grand prize of the Prize Draw which is a package holiday to France for 2 adults and 2 children (0-16 years old only) (“Grand Prize”).
    2. The Grand Prize includes:

      i. Airfare: Economy round trip flights from London, United Kingdom to France either (1) Caen or (2) Rennes airport. The flights are inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to Caen or Rennes, France (depending on best routing). Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available. Flight itinerary will be selected by Grand Prize Promoter (Element London) at their sole discretion;

      ii. Car Hire: 3 days’ car hire, to be picked up / dropped off at airport;

      iii. Treehouse Accommodation: 2 nights’ treehouse accommodation in Normandy, based on sharing on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old sharing one quadruple occupancy treehouse in Normandy. Accommodation will be selected by the Grand Prize Promoter at their sole discretion;

      iv. Activities including: including: (1) Horse Riding Adventure to Mont Saint-Michel; (2) Admission to Mont Saint-Michel; and (3) High Ropes Adventure in Forest: (Allow 2-3 hours); and

      v. Travel Insurance. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over.
    3. The Grand Prize Promoter will reach out to the Grand Winner to inform them that they have won and they will prepare the booking on behalf of the Grand Prize Winner. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Grand Prize Promoter will be treated in accordance with Grand Prize Promoter’s privacy policy, which is accessible at https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english.
    4. At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over. Anyone under the age of 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel;
    5. Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the Grand Winner or companion(s) home and departure airport do not form part of the Grand Prize and are the responsibility of the Grand Winner and their travelling companion(s).
    6. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation;
    7. Accommodation for the Recipients does not include any meals (other than breakfast), incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the Grand Winner and the travellers;
    8. The Grand Prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the Grand Prize package;
    9. All elements of the Grand Prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at Grand Prize Promoter’s discretion;
    10. The Grand Winner must provide the Grand Prize Promoter with three (3) preferred travel dates in three (3) separate months no later than six (6) weeks prior to departure;
    11. All elements of the Grand Prize must be taken at the same time;
    12. Once booked, the Grand Prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
    13. All travellers will require a passport valid for at least six (6) months on date of travel; any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
    14. The Grand Prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2025 – 4th January 2026 (Christmas and New Year), over public holidays in the departure or arrival country, or over Easter Sunday;
    15. Grand Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning and all travel must be completed within that time;
    16. For the rental car, the car type is subject to availability, the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving license that has been held for over one year, any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than three years’ driving experience, may need to pay a supplementary cost for car rental; if driving license is not fully printed in English an International Driving Permit/ international driver’s license or other paperwork may be required; a credit card (not a debit card) in the name of the driver with available funds (value advised upon booking) will be required by the car rental company in order for the driver to collect the car;
    17. For the horseback riding, the minimum age is 7 years old; it is not recommended for those who are pregnant or have back, neck or heart conditions; A maximum weight limit will apply and will be advised upon booking;
    18. For the high-ropes park, the age and weight requirements will vary by course; it is not recommended for those who are pregnant or have back, neck or heart conditions
      19. Runner Up Prize

    19. The two (2) Runner Up Winners will each receive the Runner Up Prize of the Prize Draw which is a Wicked Bundle comprising of:

      (a) x1 Wicked Musical Elphaba Thropp doll OR x1 Wicked Musical Glinda Arduenna doll;

      (b) x2 Wicked Ozian Balloons Reveal; and

      (c) x1 Wicked Glinda’s Floating Bubble
    20. The Runner Up Prize is supplied by the Promoter and will be sent to each of the Runner Up Winner’s chosen address.
    21. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoters control makes it necessary to do so.
    22. Winners will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process.
    23. The Grand Prize and Runner Up Prize are subject to availability, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  7. Claiming the Prize

    1. The Promoter will choose each winner as per condition 5.4 on or before 8:30am on 5th January 2026
    2. If you are either the winner of the Grand Prize or Runner Up Prize, you must claim the Prizes by no later than 9am 14 days after the Grand Prize Promoter has emailed you informing that you have won the Prize. If you do not claim the Prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
    3. The Grand Prize Promoter and the Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If any of the Winners cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their Prizes by no later than 14 days after they have been informd that they have won the Prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the closing date of the Prize Draw.
  8. Miscellaneous

    1. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
    2. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation in contract, tort or statutory duty) in connection with the Prize Draw and Prize, other than death or personal injury caused by the Promoter (and/or its employees’) negligence.
    3. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com or writes to Email Newsletter Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks, HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month of the previous draw taking place. If you object to any or all of your surname and county, being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
    4. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
    5. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
    6. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 8.3 with regard to the announcement of winners.
    7. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
