Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 16, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. To be entered into the prize draw, complete the form on thetoyshop.com between 9am on 15th December 2025 and 11:59pm on 31st December 2025.
3. One grand prize winner and two runner up prize winners will be chosen from all eligible entries w/c 5th January 2026 or sooner.
4. Entries are limited to one entry per person and per valid email address. Entries received above this will be invalid and will not be entered into the prize draw.
5. Winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process.
6. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
7. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
8. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
9. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com or writes to Email Newsletter Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks, HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month of the previous draw taking place. If you object to any or all of your surname and county, being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
10. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
12. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 10 with regard to the announcement of winners.
13. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

15. There will be one grand prize winner. Prize package is for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old, and includes:
    
    
    • Airfare: Return flights from London, UK to Caen or Rennes, France
    • Car Hire: 3 days’ car hire, to be picked up / dropped off at airport
    • Treehouse Accommodation: 2 nights’ treehouse accommodation in Normandy, based on sharing one quadruple occupancy treehouse
    • Horse Riding Adventure to Mont Saint-Michel
    • Admission to Mont Saint-Michel
    • High Ropes Adventure in Forest: (Allow 2-3 hours)
    • Travel Insurance
    • Prize is for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old; the Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
    • At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; Anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel;
    • Economy roundtrip flights from London (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to Caen or Rennes, France (depending on best routing); Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
    • Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s;
    • A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation;
    • Accommodation based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old sharing a quadruple occupancy treehouse in Normandy;
    • Accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion;
    • Accommodation for the Recipients does not include any meals (other than breakfast), incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
    • The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
    • All elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion;
    • Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;
    • Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over;
    • All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time;
    • Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
    • Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available;
    • All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
    • The prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over public holidays in the departure or arrival country, or over Easter Sunday;
    • Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time;
    • For the rental car, the car type is subject to availability, the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving license that has been held for over one year, any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than three years’ driving experience, may need to pay a supplementary cost for car rental; if driving license is not fully printed in English an International Driving Permit/ international driver’s license or other paperwork may be required; a credit card (not a debit card) in the name of the driver with available funds (value advised upon booking) will be required by the car rental company in order for the driver to collect the car;
    • For the horseback riding, the minimum age is 7 years old; it is not recommended for those who are pregnant or have back, neck or heart conditions; A maximum weight limit will apply and will be advised upon booking;
    • For the high-ropes park, the age and weight requirements will vary by course; it is not recommended for those who are pregnant or have back, neck or heart conditions

16. There will be two runners up who will receive a Wicked bundle comprised of x1 Wicked Musical Elphaba Thropp doll OR x1 Wicked Musical Glinda Arduenna doll, x2 Wicked Ozian Ballooons Reveal, x1 Wicked Glinda’s Floating Bubble
