Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 16, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary, however internet access is required to enter the prize draw.
3. To enter, simply visit: www.thetoyshop.com/trolley-dash and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per email address into this prize draw, and entries over the maximum number will be void and not be entered into this prize draw.
4. The opening date for entries is 09.00 on 12th September 2025. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 24th December 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. Five winners (“Winners”, and each a “Winner”) will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 7th January 2026.
7. The Winners will each receive a 1-minute trolley-basket dash (“Trolley Dash”) around their local The Entertainer store (“Prize”).
8. Prize Details
   
   a. Each Winner will be limited to 1 trolley-basket to collect their goods.
   
   b. All goods collected must be items on sale in-store.
   
   c. The Prize is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.
   
   d. Duplicate products will not be allowed to be collected during the Trolley Dash, ie identical goods (even if different weights, sizes or colours).
   
   e. Products collected from the Trolley Dash are excluded from refunds and cannot be redeemed for a cash or credit equivalent, however the Winner’s statutory rights are not affected.
   
   f. Trolley Dashes will take place before store opening on a date on or after 28th January 2026 as agreed by each Winner and their local The Entertainer store.
   
   g. The Prize may be part of a press event with photos and videos being taken with images and clips to be shared with local press, internally and with shopping centres. By entering the prize draw, you consent to taking part such reasonable post-Prize publicity.
   
   h. Ranges excluded from the Trolley Dash include but are not limited to:
   
   - Furby
   - Gift Cards
   - All Lego
   - V-tech
   - Tonies
   - LexiBook
   - Animatronic animals/creatures (excluding Pitter Patter Pets)
   - Hatchimals/Bitzees/Punirunes
   - Pop Mart
9. The Winners will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry. If a Winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter of their win, then the Winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above
10. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final, binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the Prize Winners to anyone who emails: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (subject Trolley Dash Prize Draw) or writes to Trolley Dash Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and county, being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by emailing: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. Personal data supplied during the prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 12 with regards to the announcement of the Winners.
16. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
17. The "Promoter" of this prize draw is The Entertainer (Amersham) Limited, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB.
