The Tuners have "tuned up" each of these Disney and Pixar Cars characters with new spoilers and lights that match their personalities. Simply press down on the body of the car to initiate one of four different light sequences that last an average of four seconds. When they're racing on playsets, the lights are activated when the launcher taps the rear bumper.
