Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over except employees of the Prize Provider and the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 18, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access and an email address is required to enter the prize draw.
3. To enter, simply visit https://www.thetoyshop.com/thomas-prize-draw and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per person into this prize draw. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
4. The opening date for entries is 00.01 on 22 May 2025. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 18 June 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 20 June 2025 ("Draw Date").
7. There will be one prize winner who will receive one-day general admission tickets to Drayton Manor Theme Park (“Drayton Manor”) for 4 people (the “Prize”).
8. Prize Details:
   • The Prize is subject to availability and all 4 tickets must be used at the same time.
   • The Prize is subject to the opening dates/times of Drayton Manor: https://www.draytonmanor.co.uk/plan-your-visit/opening-times.
   • The Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning and must be redeemed within that time frame.
   • Once booked, the Prize cannot be altered or amended.
   • At least one person attending Drayton Manor must be aged 18 or over.
   • The Prize excludes travel costs, accommodation, meals/drinks, personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.
9. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry within 1 week of the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The Prize for the winner is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county the Prize winners to anyone who emails: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (Subject: Thomas and Friends (80th Anniversary) Prize Draw), or writes to Thomas and Friends (80th Anniversary) Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. The “Prize Provider” is Element London, 5 Morie Street, London SW18 1SL. We will provide the winner’s details to the Prize Provider for them to fulfill the Prize. Any personal data submitted to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-non-travel/.
16. Personal data supplied during this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy at https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 12 regarding the announcement of winners and condition 15 in relation to fulfilment of the Prize.
17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
18. The “Promoter” of this prize draw is The Entertainer (Amersham) Limited, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB.
