Terms & Conditions

1. Customers (“You/Your”) must be a UK resident aged 18 or over to be eligible to participate in and join The Entertainer’s (“Us/We/Our”) rewards scheme (“Entertainer Rewards”). No corporate or business use or participation is permitted. Employees of The Entertainer may join The Entertainer Rewards, however certain offers and discounts may be excluded at our discretion.
2. You will need to visit the following weblink: https://www.thetoyshop.com/join-the-entertainer-rewards and insert the relevant details or sign up to email marketing during online checkout. You will need a valid email address and be opted into receiving emails from us in order to receive the offers, rewards and to keep up to date with our latest launches.
3. You can choose to unsubscribe from The Entertainer Rewards at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in each email communication to You or by contacting Our Customer Service team (0333 320 5100). By unsubscribing to The Entertainer marketing (including The Entertainer Rewards), You will be opted out of all future email marketing communications.
4. Please ensure that all your personal details are kept up to date as The Entertainer will not be responsible for any lost, delayed or undeliverable communications if you do not do so. For the avoidance of doubt, it is your responsibility to update your details should they change.
5. As a The Entertainer Rewards member, you will have access to a variety of rewards including (but not limited to) a welcome discount, birthday discount, early access/first to see promotions and other member offers personalised to you. Any terms and conditions (including time limits and exclusions) for each reward, offer or promotion will be notified to you with the reward email.
6. Rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Rewards may be changed, amended or, if necessary, substituted by The Entertainer. The Entertainer reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, void, suspend, modify or supersede any of the rewards if at any time due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug, or other technical issue or unauthorised human intervention) it becomes necessary to do so.
7. We shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to rewards members where such delay or failure is caused by technical problems, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind of any kind which may limit or prevent any person’s participation in any draw for any reward or any other events beyond Our control that may cause the allocation or awarding of the rewards to be disrupted or corrupted.
8. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, limits or affects any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
9. We may update these terms and conditions from time to time and material changes will be communicated to You via email where we have been provided with contact details by You. The latest terms and conditions can always be found on our website. We may also make changes to the eligibility requirements or the rewards, if We believe, in Our reasonable discretion, that it is required for the continuing administration of the reward scheme.
10. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the scheme at any time. We can terminate Your rewards scheme participation immediately if at any time, You are, or We reasonably suspect You may be, acting fraudulently, criminally or are otherwise in breach of these terms. If your account has been inactive for a period of two (2) years or more, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to remain a member. If we do not receive a response within the period specified in our notice, we may terminate your participation in the programme and delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
11. Your personal information provided to Us in connection with the reward scheme will only be used in accordance with all applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy which is available here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy.
12. These terms are governed by English law. Either You or We can bring legal proceedings in respect of these terms and conditions in the English courts, or if You are based in another part of the UK, You may bring proceedings in the relevant court if it relates to goods or services provided to You.
13. Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect or reduce your statutory rights.

Birthday Club Offer

1. Customers who have subscribed to The Entertainer Rewards via the weblink (https://www.thetoyshop.com/join-the-entertainer-rewards) and have inputted their child's birth month are eligible to receive (1) 20% off in any UK The Entertainer store; or (2) 10% off online at The Entertainer website (the "Birthday Club Offer").
2. To receive the Birthday Club Offer, you must have selected your children's birth months on The Entertainer Rewards sign-up form. Once the birth months have been registered, we will send a birthday discount code no later than one week before the applicable birthday month.
3. The discount code may be redeemed within 30 days of the date on which it is sent to you.
4. The code can only be redeemed once in-store or once online.
5. Offer cannot be redeemed against Nintendo, Sony PlayStation, Xbox, Pokémon TCG, Tonies and gift cards. The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount code The Entertainer reserve the right to withdraw or update this offer at its discretion.
6. Refunds for products purchased within this Offer will be refunded to the original payment method at the promotional price paid for the item on production of a valid receipt.

1. Customers who have signed up to Entertainer Rewards via the weblink (https://www.thetoyshop.com/join-the-entertainer-rewards) can receive a sign-up bonus of 10% off on a no minimum spend online at our website (the “Welcome Offer”).
2. At checkout, enter the unique code into the promo code box in your basket to qualify. Unique code will be applied immediately.
3. The unique code is valid for 30 days from receipt of the welcome email sent to your email address.
4. Welcome Offer cannot be redeemed in-store and is available online only.
5. Code can only be used once per transaction. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code.
