Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter
   
   
   1. The promoter of this prize draw is The Entertainer with registered office at TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (the “Promoter”). No provisions of these terms & conditions shall affect any statutory rights of entrants.
2. The Prize Draw
   
   
   1. The title of the prize draw is the Lego Star Wars Venator-Class Attack Cruiser Prize Draw Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”).
3. How to Enter
   
   
   1. The Prize Draw will run from 08:00 on 27th April 2026 (“Opening Date”) until 08:00 on 28th April 2026 (“Closing Date”).
   2. To be entered into the Prize Draw, the entrants must:
      (a) Go on to The Entertainer’s website (https://www.thetoyshop.com); and
      (b) Insert your details by completing the form which can be found here: https://www.thetoyshop.com/swday3-prize-draw
   3. By submitting a Prize Draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Eligibility
   
   
   1. This Prize Draw is open to all UK residents except (1) employees of the Promoter or its subsidiary companies, (2) members of the immediate families or household of employees of the Promoter; and (3) any third-party directly associated with the Prize Draw or its administration.
   2. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s (aged 16 or under) behalf. Those entrants under the age of 16 must obtain written parental or guardian consent in order to enter the Prize Draw.
   3. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person and per valid email address.
   4. Entries received after the Closing Date will be invalid and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
5. The Prize
   
   
   1. There are three (3) winners who will each receive the prize which is the LEGO Star Wars Venator-Class Attack Cruiser #75441 (“the Prize”).
   2. The Prize is subject to availability, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
   3. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoters control makes it necessary to do so.
   4. Winners will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process.
   5. To claim the Prize, each winner must do so by responding to the messages sent by the Promoter via the email address they used to enter the Prize Draw and no later than two (2) days after the Promoter informs each winner that they have won the Prize.
6. Winners
   
   
   1. There are three (3) individual winners for this Prize Draw who will each receive the Prize.
   2. Each winner will be contacted via the email address they used to enter the Prize Draw.
   3. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within two (2) days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then that winner's Prize will be forfeited. The Promoter will be entitled to select another winner as per condition 7.3.
7. Claiming the Prize
   
   
   1. The Promoter will choose each winner as per condition by 23:59 on 28th April 2026.
   2. If you are the winner of the Prize Draw, you must claim the Prize by no later than two (2) days after the Promoter has contacted you informing that you have won the Prize. If you do not claim the Prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
   3. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their Prize by no later than two (2) after the Promoter has contacted you informing that you have won the Prize., then the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the closing date of the Prize Draw.
8. Miscellaneous
   
   
   1. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
   2. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
   3. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com or writes to Email Newsletter Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks, HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month of the previous draw taking place. If you object to any or all of your surname and county, being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
   4. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
   5. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
   6. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 8.3 with regard to the announcement of winners.
   7. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
