Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter and the Prize Provider, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 18, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access and an email address is required to enter the prize draw.
3. To enter, simply visit https://www.thetoyshop.com/superman-prize-draw and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per person into this prize draw. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
4. The opening date for entries is 09:00 on 19 June 2025. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 16 July 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. Five winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 17th July 2025 ("Draw Date") ("Winners" and each a "Winner").
7. Each Winner will each receive the following prize (“Prize”):
   a) a private screening (with up to 20 guests) to see the new Superman film at a local cinema; and
   b) the following Superman film products:
   i) a Superman Metal Water Bottle;
   ii) a Daily Planet Mug;
   iii) a pack of Superman Playing Cards in a Tin; and
   iv) a Superman Wall Mountable LED Neon Light.
8. Prize Details:
   a) The Winners and their guests may be required to sign a Prize Acceptance Form and/or Release Form before the Prize is awarded. If any of the Winners are under the age of 18 years, a parent or guardian may be required to sign a Prize Acceptance Form before the Prize is awarded.
   b) The Winners and their guests may be required to take part in reasonable post-competition publicity for Warner and may be filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded by Warner or other third parties for publicity, and he/she consents to the use of his/her personal data (including, without limitation, his/her name and image) for such purposes.
   c) Prize details are correct at the time of the prize draw promotion. Events may occur that render the prize draw promotion itself or the awarding of the Prize impossible due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of Warner. In this situation, Warner may at its discretion delay the Prize or vary or amend the Prize so as to provide a reasonable alternative Prize and Winner agrees that no liability shall attach to Warner or parties connected to Warner as a result.
   d) Private screening of the Superman movie: Available on weekend mornings only at each Winner’s proposed local cinema. Screening will be scheduled on the earliest available date at each Winner’s convenience and the proposed cinemas availability. Any under 18s should be supervised by an adult. Subject to availability. Guests must adhere to local cinema guidelines and restrictions. All guests should meet the requirements of the BBFC’s age rating of the film.
   
9. The Winners will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry within 1 week of the Draw Date. If a Winner does not respond and confirm acceptance of the Prize to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then that Winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The Prize for the Winners are subject to availability, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is offered. The Prize may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other prize draw, competition or promotion by the Winner.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county prize winners to anyone who emails: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (Subject: Superman Prize Draw) or writes to Superman Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. The “Prize Provider”/”Warner” is Warner Bros. Entertainment UK Limited, Chiswick Park, Building 2, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YB. For the avoidance of doubt, Warner has provided the Prize but is in no way involved in the creation, execution, administration or fulfilment of the prize draw; (ii) any questions, comments or complaints regarding the prize draw must be directed to the Promoter; and (iii) the Promoter and Warner are independent controllers of any personal information.
16. The Promoter will provide the Winners’ details to the Prize Provider for them to fulfill the Prize. Any personal data submitted to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at en-emea | WBD Privacy Center.
17. Personal data supplied during this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy at https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 12 regarding the announcement of winners and condition 15 in relation to fulfilment of the prize.
18. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
19. The "Promoter" of this prize draw is The Entertainer (Amersham) Limited, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB.
