Item very damaged waste of time

I made a special trip to collect from the store the item was ready in a plastic bag damaged all over and slight Rip, really disappointed will not order to collect again this was a brand new line should do better, not happy

So sorry to hear of the disappointment with this item. It sounds like this may have come from a faulty batch.
Best option would be to return this to your local store, along with your order details and we can hopefully offer a replacement OR if preferred reselection towards something totally different.
However if this is unable to be returned easily, please contact customerservice@theentertainer.com with your order details, any pictures would also help. We would like to find a way of turning the experience around.
