Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 16, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access is required in order to enter the prize draw via https://www.thetoyshop.com/rushden-lakes-trolley-dash.
3. To enter, simply, visit https://www.thetoyshop.com/trolley-dash and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per person and email address into this promotion and entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
4. The opening date for entries is 09.00 on 3rd October 2025. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 12th October 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. There will be one winner and the winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 13th October 2025 ("Draw Date").
7. There will be a grand prize subject to paragraph 8 for the winner who will receive the following:
   
   
   1. 1 minute Trolley Basket dash around their local The Entertainer Rushden Lakes store
   2. The dash will take place before store opening on 18th October 2025
8. Prize Details
   
   
   1. The prize is strictly non-transferable and products collected during the trolley dash cannot be redeemed for a cash or credit equivalent.
   2. All goods collected must be items on sale in store.
   3. No duplicate products will be allowed (meaning identical goods, even if of different weights, sizes or colours).
   4. The contestant will be limited to 1 trolley basket to carry all their goods.
   5. Proceeds from the trolley dash are excluded from refunds, however statutory rights are not affected.

9. You may be asked to participate in reasonable post prize publicity with the Promotor if you are selected as a winner.
10. The Promotor will contact the winner via the details provided at the time of entry. If a selected winner does not respond to the Promoter within 24 hours of being notified that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails Events@theentertainer.com (subject Trolley Dash Prize Draw) or writes to Trolley Dash Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing Events@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
16. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 12 with regard to the announcement of winners.
17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
