Terms & Conditions

  1. This prize draw is open to all legal UK residents aged 18 years and over except employees of the Promoter or Prize Provider, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
  2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access and an email address is required to enter the prize draw.
  3. To enter, simply visit https://www.thetoyshop.com/paw-patrol-prize-draw and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per person into this prize draw. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
  4. The opening date for entries is 09:00 on 16 July 2026. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 12 August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 17 August 2026 ("Draw Date").
  7. There will be one winner who will receive an overnight family trip to Chessington World of Adventures for 4 people: 1 must be an adult aged 18 years and no more than 2 children aged between 2- 11 years) (“Prize”).
  8. Prize description

    • One day entry to Chessington World of Adventures, including the World of Paw Patrol.
    • Overnight accommodation at Chessington Safari Hotel sharing a family room and including breakfast.
    • £200 contribution towards return travel. Above this, transport between home and the venue (and vice-versa) is the responsibility of the Participants.
    • £150 contribution towards food and drink.
    • Paw Patrol goody bags for children only.
  • Prize terms

    • Each person participating in the Prize will be referred to in these terms as a “Participant”. Participants aged under 18, must have prior parental or guardian permission.
    • The Prize is valid until 30th June 2027. The Prize cannot be taken during Christmas and New Year (24th December 2026 - 2nd January 2027), Easter (26th-29th March 2027), Public Holidays, special events (Fright nights, Christmas spectaculars etc), trade fairs or local special events (i.e. sporting events). Chessington World of Adventures operates seasonally, with limited opening dates and reduced attraction availability during the winter months. Visits are subject to the park’s operating calendar at the time of booking. Extensions to the validity of the package will not be allowed unless first authorized by the Prize Provider.
    • All dates and locations are subject to availability.
    • The travel, accommodation and all Prize-related activities must be taken together and must be completed within the timeframe stated in these terms.
    • The Prize Provider accepts no responsibility for any events beyond its reasonable control including the withdrawal of, or amendment to, any venues, activities, events or retail items. The Prize Provider will use its reasonable endeavours to supply suitable alternatives in such circumstances. No refund will be offered.
    • All other costs and expenses in taking up the Prize not set out in the stated Prize description will be at the Participants’ expense, these include but are not limited to transfers to and from the UK location, additional meals, drinks, gratuities, personal expenses. Travel insurance is not included in the Prize.
    • Experiences included in the Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions from the provider(s). Participants must comply with such terms and conditions when taking up the Prize and participating in the relevant experience. Some experiences may have age, height, weight and/or health restrictions.
    • It is the Participants’ responsibility to advise the Prize Provider of any circumstance that may prevent them from participating in any element of the Prize, including but not limited to dietary requirements, medical conditions or personal circumstance.
    • The Prize Provider is not responsible for any losses, injuries or damages arising from the acceptance or use of the Prize.
    • The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry within 1 week of the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
    • The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative or refund for any unused portions of the Prize.
    • The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
    • The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (Subject: Paw Patrol 3 Prize Draw) or writes to Paw Patrol 3 Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
    • Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
    • The “Prize Provider” is Cloud Nine Incentives Limited, Np-105, Icentre Howard Way, Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes, MK16 9PY. We will provide the winner’s details to the Prize Provider for them to fulfill the Prize. Any personal data submitted to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible here: https://www.uponcloudnine.co.uk/privacy.html.
    • Personal data supplied during this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here: https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 12 regarding the announcement of winners and condition 15 in relation to fulfilment of the Prize.
    • The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
