Can I return the item?

• If you would like to return this item or another online only product, please contact our Customer Service team. You will not be able to return Online Only products to a store.
• If the item is faulty, we will arrange with the supplier for a replacement part or for full replacement of the product.
• Please note that if you would like to return the product for any other reason than faulty or damaged on delivery, you will be liable for the cost of the return.

This plastic playhouse comes with plastic door to keep the weather out, 2 windows with louvres.  The included chime, wind vane/anemometer and rain guage can all be used to investigate weather and keep track of different patterns and the results can be recorded on the small board: there are sliders for the seasons, the perceived temperature, the intensity of the rain and the weather of the day.
