Fitting it together wasn't the easiest as the instructions were not 100% clear.
Fitting the cartridge to the underside opf the Nerf gun was the sticking point as we all in the family had a go.
We all were keeping the button pressed untill the next day my wife pressed and released it ...Ta...Da!
Anyway on with the fun, loaded the cartridge up with the 6 jumbo bullets or darts and my son ran about hitting anything that moved lol.
It can shoot a good 14mts in our garden in the still air! Whistles to.
What i did notice was that to much time was spent collecting the 6 bullets! And you only recieve 6 for the price !
A double cartridge would have helped for some children with a short attention span or bored quickly picking up.
My son enjoyed the stand to lay the gun on the ground like a sniper!
Oh! and he liked the way you cocked the Nerf gun to , "lock 'n' load!"
Overall a happy chappie!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great Nerf gun. Hours of fun have been spent with this, not only with the children, but the adults too! It was great to have a scope and we all had competitions with target practice, which got quite competitive. It’s definitely for older children, as this gun is on the larger scale than the usual nerf guns, with it also bring 1.1 meters you need to be able to handle this easily. I would recommend this to other children and families alike. It would make a great gift for children.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, we found this gun to be a fantastic toy, all kids loved it and they range from 6 years to 15 years.
They had great fun with it, the only issue was, taking the cartridge part off to reload the bullets is a bit hard, it was impossible for the younger ones to do.
Despite this, they still loved this and had immense fun, I think because of it size, I would probably need to opt for a smaller one for the younger kids.
Would recommend, the price is pretty good too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since receiving the Nurf Elite it’s been played with every day, easy to put together, light to handle, scope is a bit of target but perfect aim without the scope, colours are cool looking.
Bullets strong enough to knock down toys but light enough not to hurt or damage items. Had lots of fun with this product.
