Can I return the item?

• If you would like to return this item or another online only product, please contact our Customer Service team. You will not be able to return Online Only products to a store.
• If the item is faulty, we will arrange with the supplier for a replacement part or for full replacement of the product.
• Please note that if you would like to return the product for any other reason than faulty or damaged on delivery, you will be liable for the cost of the return.

Designed for children from 3 to 10 years, the swing features a blow-moulded seat for comfort as well as heavy duty, soft touch ropes. The frame is constructed from heavy duty powder coated steel for stability and durability and the entire set features UV resistance for longevity.

For safety, the swing must be secured into the ground using the ground anchors that are provided - we also strongly recommend securing via concreting.
