Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all legal UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter or Prize Provider, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access and an email address is required to enter the prize draw.
3. To enter, simply visit https://www.thetoyshop.com/minions-prize-draw and complete the entry form. You may only submit 1 entry per person into this prize draw. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
4. The opening date for entries is 09:00 on 16th July 2026. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 12th August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 17th August 2026 ("Draw Date").
7. There will be one winner who will receive an overnight trip to London for 2 adults and 2 children (under 16 years old) (“Prize”).
8. Prize details:
   
   
   1. Travel Allowance: Provided up to £150 in total; Travel allowance can be used towards public transport, transfers, fuel or car hire.
   2. Accommodation: 1 night’s 4-star hotel accommodation in London, based on sharing a quadruple occupancy room, including breakfast; The accommodation will be selected by the Prize Provider at their sole discretion;
   3. Activities:
      
      o Thames High Speed RIB Ride (40 minutes).
      
      o Visit to a Luxury Vintage Ice Cream Parlor: Provided up to the value of £25 per person.
   4. The winner and guests must all travel at the same time; Two people travelling must be over the age of 18; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission.
   5. A valid credit or debit card may be required to guarantee the accommodation on check in.
   6. The Prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, rental car, attractions, treatments, visas, or personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the Prize package, and will be the responsibility of the winner and guests.
   7. All elements of the Prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered.
   8. The winner must contact the Prize Provider with 3 preferred travel dates in 3 separate months no later than 6 weeks prior to departure.
   9. Once booked, the Prize cannot be amended or cancelled; The Prize is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
   10. The Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time; The Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Easter weekend or UK Public Holidays.
   11. If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the Prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the Prize package.
9. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry within 1 week of the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
11. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county the winner to anyone who emails: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (Subject: Minions 3 Prize Draw) or writes to Minions 3 Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within 1 month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
14. The “Prize Provider” is Element London Limited, 5 Morie Street, London, SW18 1SL. We will provide the winner’s details to the Prize Provider for them to fulfill the Prize. Any personal data submitted to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible here: https://element-london.com/privacy-policy and Our Travel Privacy Policy | Element - Prize & Incentive People.
15. Personal data supplied during this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here: https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 11 regarding the announcement of winners and condition 14 in relation to fulfilment of the Prize.
16. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
17. The “Promoter” of this prize draw is The Entertainer (Amersham) Limited, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB.
