Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter and Prize Provider, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access and an email address is required to enter the prize draw.
3. To enter simply visit https://www.thetoyshop.com/mattel-stuntshow-prize-draw and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per person into this prize draw. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
4. The opening date for entries is 09.00 on 26th April 2026. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 20th May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 21st May 2026 ("Draw Date").
7. There will be four winners who will receive 1 x family of 4 tickets to a Hot Wheels Stunt show (the “Prize”) at one of the following:
   
   
   1. 6th June 2026 at Co-op Live, Manchester 11.30 am or 6.30 pm; or
   2. 7th June 2026 at Co-op Live Manchester 11.30 am.
8. Prize details:
   
   
   1. Each winner to choose one show from the available dates.
   2. Travel, parking charges, food and beverages, and accommodation are not included.
9. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry within 1 week of the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (Subject: Hot Wheels Stunt Show Prize Draw) or writes to Hot Wheels Stunt Show Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. The “Prize Provider” is Mattel, 3rd Floor, The Porter Building, 1 Brunel Way, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1FQ. We will provide the winner’s details to the Prize Provider for them to fulfill the prize. Any personal data submitted to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible here: https://mattelsupport.com/privacy-statement/.
16. Personal data supplied during this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here: https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 12 regarding the announcement of winners and condition 15 in relation to fulfilment of the prize.
17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
18. The “Promoter” of this prize draw is The Entertainer (Amersham) Limited, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks, HP7 9FB.
