Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter and Prize Provider, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 18, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access and an email address is required to enter the prize draw.
3. To enter, simply visit https://www.thetoyshop.com/mattel-prize-draw and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per person into this prize draw. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
4. The opening date for entries is 09:00 on 26th March 2026. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 22 April 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 27th April 2026 ("Draw Date").
7. There will be five prize winners, who will each receive 1 x £500 voucher to a UK cinema chain of their choosing (the “Prize”).
8. The Prize voucher will be subject to the terms and conditions of the UK cinema chain chosen by each winner.
9. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry within one week of the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (Subject: Mattel Easter Egg Hunt Prize Draw) or writes to Mattel Easter Egg Hunt Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. The “Prize Provider” is Element London Limited, 5 Morie Street, London, SW18 1SL. We will provide the winner’s details to the Prize Provider for them to fulfill the Prize. Any personal data submitted to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible here: https://element-london.com/privacy-policy/.
16. Personal data supplied during this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here: https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 12 regarding the announcement of winners and condition 15 in relation to fulfilment of the Prize.
17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
