Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter
   
   
   1. The promoter of this prize draw is The Entertainer with registered office at TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (the “Promoter”). No provisions of these terms & conditions shall affect any statutory rights of entrants.
2. The Prize Draw
   
   
   1. The title of the prize draw is the Jurassic World Prize Draw Competition (the "Prize Draw").
3. How to Enter
   
   
   1. The Prize Draw will run from 09:00am on 6th December 2025 to 09:00am on 7th December 2025.
   2. To be entered into the Prize Draw, the entrants must:
      (a) Go onto The Entertainer’s website (https://www.thetoyshop.com); and
      (b) Insert your details by completing the form which can be found here
      (https://www.thetoyshop.com/jurassic-bundle-prize-draw)
   3. By submitting a Prize Draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Eligibility
   
   
   1. This Prize Draw is open to all UK residents except (1) employees of the Promoter or its subsidiary companies, (2) members of the immediate families or household of employees of the Promoter; and (3) any third-party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw.
   2. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s (aged 16 or under) behalf. Those entrants under the age of 16 must obtain written parental or guardian consent in order to enter the Prize Draw.
   3. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person and per valid email address.
   4. Entries received after 09:00am on 7th December 2025 will be invalid and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
5. The Prize
   
   
   1. The three (3) winners will each receive the prize of the Prize Draw which is:
      a) A Jurassic World toy bundle comprised of:
      (i) 1x Jurassic World Might Little Biters Dinosaur;
      (ii) 1x Jurassic World Launch ‘n Battle Vehicle Set;
      (iii) 1x Jurassic World Baryony; and
      (iv) Either 1x Jurassic World Micro Adventures Tyrannosaurus Rex OR 1x Jurassic World Micro Adventures Spinosaurus.
      together (the “Prize”)
   2. The Prize is subject to availability, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
   3. The Prize is supplied by the Promoter and will be sent to each winner’s chosen address.
   4. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoters control makes it necessary to do so.
   5. Winners will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process.
   6. To claim the Prize, each winner must do so by responding to the messages sent by the Promoter via email no later than 14 days after the Promoter informs each winner that they have won the Prize.
6. Winners
   
   
   1. There are three (3) winners for this Prize Draw who will each receive the Prize.
   2. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided.
   3. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then that winner's Prize will be forfeited. The Promoter will be entitled to select another winner as per condition 7.3.
7. Claiming the Prize
   
   
   1. The Promoter will choose each winner as per condition 5.4 on or before [10:00am] on 8th December 2025.
   2. If you are the winner of the Competition, you must claim the Prize by no later than 10:00am 14 days after the Promoter has emailed you informing that you have won the Prize. If you do not claim the Prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
   3. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their Prize by no later than 14 days after the Promoter has emailed you informing that you have won the Prize.
   4. The Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the closing date of the Prize Draw.
8. Miscellaneous
   
   
   1. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
   2. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation in contract, tort or statutory duty) in connection with the Prize Draw and Prize, other than death or personal injury caused by the Promoter (and/or its employees’) negligence.
   3. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com or writes to Email Newsletter Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks, HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month of the previous draw taking place. If you object to any or all of your surname and county, being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
   4. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
   5. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
   6. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 8.3 with regard to the announcement of winners.
   7. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
