Prize package for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old includes:

• Airfare: Roundtrip flights from London, UK to Tromsø, Norway (delete as applicable)
• Transfers: Roundtrip airport transfers in Tromsø, Norway
• Accommodation: 3 nights’ cabin accommodation in Tromsø, based on sharing a quadruple occupancy cabin
• Daily Breakfast
• Whale-Watching Boat Safari from Tromsø: (Full day) Includes private roundtrip transfers to meeting point, transportation, guide, skipper, safety equipment and life jacket
• Northern Lights Tour from Tromsø: (Full day) Includes private roundtrip transfers to meeting point, transportation, guide, thermal clothing and dinner

Terms & Conditions

1. Prize package is for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old, all of whom must travel at the same time;
2. At least one person travelling must be over the age of 18; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission;
3. Economy roundtrip flights from London, UK (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to Tromsø, Norway; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
4. Accommodation is for 3 nights in a cabin in Tromsø, Norway, based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old sharing one quadruple occupancy cabin; a valid credit or debit card may be required to guarantee the accommodation on check in; stay must include a Saturday night;
5. Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s;
6. The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, rental car, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
7. All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered;
8. Accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available;
9. Winners are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance policy, and for ensuring that this includes insurance cover for the correct destination and for any applicable activities which they will be undertaking while away. The Prize Provider reserves the right to request proof of valid travel insurance prior to travel;
10. All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas and insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests; prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country;
11. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time;
12. If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package;
13. The minimum age for the wildlife watching safari is 1 year old; this activity is not wheelchair or stroller accessible; whale sightings are not guaranteed; this activity is available seasonally from November-January; if unavailable over the winner’s chosen travel dates, an alternative activity of equal monetary value will be arranged by the prize provider;
14. The minimum age for the Northern Lights tour is 6 years old; it is not wheelchair accessible; all travellers will require a passport, in case the tour crosses over to Finland; this activity is available seasonally from mid-September to mid-April, if unavailable over the winner’s chosen travel dates, an alternative activity of equal value will be arranged by the prize provider; the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) are a natural phenomenon and a sighting cannot be guaranteed;
15. All experiences will be conducted in Norwegian or English;
