MONOPOLY DEAL NO MERCY EVENT PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2026

1. The Promoter
   1. The promoter of this prize draw is The Entertainer with registered office at TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (the “Promoter”). No provisions of these terms & conditions shall affect any statutory rights of entrants.
2. The Prize Draw
   1. The title of the prize draw is the Monopoly No Mercy Event Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”).
3. How to Enter
   1. The Prize Draw will run from 12:00 on 17th April 2026 (“Opening Date”) until 23:59 on 22nd April 2026 (“Closing Date”).

   2. To be entered into the Prize Draw, entrants must:

      (a) Go onto The Entertainer’s website: https://www.thetoyshop.com

      (b)Insert their details by completing the form here: https://www.thetoyshop.com/monopoly-event-prize-draw

   3. By submitting a Prize Draw entry, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Eligibility
   1. The Competition is open to all residents in the UK, Ireland, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man aged 18 or over except: (1)Employees of the Promoter or its subsidiary companies (2)Members of the immediate families or household of employees of the Promoter (3)Any third-party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw
5. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person and per valid email address.
6. Entries received after the Closing Date will be invalid and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

• The Prize
  1. The 25 winners will each receive the prize of the Prize Draw which is:

     a) Two (2) tickets to Top Hat at Monopoly Lifesize in London (the “Prize”). The Prize does not include travel to and from the London venue. All additional expenditure is not covered by the Promoter and must be covered by each winner.

  2. The Prize is supplied by Hasbro U.K. Limited (“Hasbro”). Hasbro reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if necessary.
  3. The Prize is subject to availability, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  4. Winners will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process.
  5. To claim the Prize, each winner must respond to the Promoter via the email address used to enter no later than 16:00 on 26th April 2026.
• Winners
  1. There are 25 individual winners for this Prize Draw.
  2. Winners will be contacted via the email address used to enter.
  3. If a winner does not respond by 16:00 on 26th April 2026, the Prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected.
• Claiming the Prize
  1. Winners must claim the Prize by 16:00 on 26th April 2026.
  2. If the Prize is not claimed by this time, the claim will be invalid.
  3. The Promoter will attempt to contact winners. If unsuccessful, another winner may be selected from eligible entries.
• Miscellaneous
  1. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding.
  2. The Promoter is not liable for loss, damage, injury or death arising from acceptance of the Prize except where caused by negligence.
  3. Winners’ surname and county may be published upon request for regulatory compliance.
  4. The Promoter may refuse entry or award in case of breach of terms.
  5. The Promoter may cancel or amend the promotion if necessary.
  6. Personal data will be processed according to the privacy policy.
  7. The promotion is governed by English law.
