Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 16, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access is required in order to enter the prize draw via www.thetoyshop.com/godzilla-prize-draw and complete the entry form.
3. To enter, simply, visit www.thetoyshop.com/godzilla-prize-draw and complete the entry form.
4. The opening date for entries is 21st March 2024. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 16th April 2024. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 24th April 2024 ("Draw Date").
7. There is one winner who will receive the following prize:
• Standard tickets to London Zoo on your visit weekend
• A family ticket (up to a maximum of 6 standard entry tickets) to the Godzilla Madame Tussauds experience - Kong Skull Island Exhibition.
• Standard Cinema tickets for you and your guests to see Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire;
• An overnight stay at a hotel in London (as close to Leicester Square as possible) on a Bed and Breakfast basis. This will either be a family room or 2 rooms depending on availability.
• Standard class return rail travel to London from the winner’s closest railway station together with London underground tube costs. No parking, flights or taxi expenses are included, and the winner will be responsible for making their own way to and from their home station.
• A Toy Bundle worth £250 at full retail price consisting of the following action figures: Ferocious Kong (15cm), Warbat and Osprey (15 cm), Suko with Titanus Doug (9cm), Godzilla with Heat Ray (15 cm), Giant Skar King with Whiplash (28cm), Giant Kong with B.E.A.S.T Glove (28cm), Godzilla Evolved 15 (cm), Kong with B.E.A.S.T Glove (15cm), Shimo with Frostbite Blast (15cm) and Giant Godzilla Evolved, together with the Godzilla Titan Roar and Kong Titan Roar masks.
8. At least one participant must be aged 18 or over and present for all prize elements.
9. The prize is valid for and must be booked and attendance completed within 12 months from the date of issue. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time and once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended;
10. The Prize excludes meals, drinks and travel costs (other than as set out above), spending money or any other personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the Prize.
11. Prize may be subject to the terms of the attraction’s management for which the Promoter is not responsible or liable and by accepting the prize winners are deemed to have accepted and be bound by those terms and conditions;
12. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
13. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
14. The Prize Provider is Flair Leisure Products PLC, The Kirkgate, 19-31 Church Street, Epsom, KT17 4PF and winner consents to their details being passed to Flair Leisure Products PLC in order for them to fulfil and supply the prize to the winner and their guests.
15. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
16. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (subject Godzilla Prize Draw) or writes to Godzilla Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by emailing PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
17. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 18. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
18. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 11 with regard to the announcement of winners and clause 10 in relation to fulfilment of the prize.
19. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
