FOOTBALL WORLD CUP COLOURING PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2026

1. The Promoter
   1. The promoter of this prize draw is The Entertainer with registered office at TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (the “Promoter”). No provisions of these terms & conditions shall affect any statutory rights of entrants.
2. The Prize Draw
   1. The title of the prize draw is the Football World Cup Colouring Prize Draw 2026 (the “Prize Draw”).
3. How to Enter
   1. The Prize Draw will run from 00:00 on 20th May 2026 (“Opening Time”) until 23:59 on 20th June 2026 (“Closing Time”).
   2. To be entered into the Prize Draw, the entrants must:
      1. Go into any of the UK The Entertainer stores to collect a colouring sheet or onto the following webpage to download and print the sheet: https://www.thetoyshop.com/c/football
      2. Draw and design your t-shirt design on the sheet; and
      3. Once you have completed your design, go onto the following webpage and upload your design and enter in your details: https://www.thetoyshop.com/football-hub-comp
   3. By submitting a Prize Draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Eligibility
   1. This Prize Draw is open to all UK residents except (1) employees of the Promoter or its subsidiary companies, (2) members of the immediate families or household of employees of the Promoter; and (3) any third-party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw.
   2. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s (aged 16 or under) behalf. Those entrants under the age of 16 must obtain written parental or guardian consent in order to enter the Prize Draw.
   3. Entries received after the Closing Time will be invalid and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
   4. Only one entry per entrant is permitted; multiple entries are not allowed.
5. The Prize
   1. The one (1) winner will receive the prize of the Prize Draw which is:
      1. A World Cup Prize Bundle comprised of:
         1. 1 x Panini FIFA World Cup 2026 100 Pack Sticker Collection - WC26STP
         2. 1 x Panini FIFA World Cup 2026 Sticker Multiset - WC26STMS
         3. 1 x Panini FIFA World Cup 2026 Sticker Multipack - WC26STMP
         4. 1 x Panini FIFA World Cup 2026 Sticker Collection Starter Pack - WC26STSP
         5. 1 x FIFA World Cup 2026 Football
         6. 1 x World Cup Pop-Up Football Goal
         together (the “Prize”)
   2. The Prize is subject to availability, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
   3. The Prize is supplied by the Promoter and will be sent to the winners chosen address.
   4. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoters control makes it necessary to do so.
   5. The winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process.
   6. To claim the Prize, the winner must do so by responding by no later than 29th June 2026 at 23.59pm to the email sent by the Promoter.
6. Winners
   1. There is one (1) winner for this Prize Draw who will receive the Prize.
   2. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter via the email address provided when they entered the Prize Draw.
   3. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter by 23:59pm on 29th June 2026 then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited. The Promoter will be entitled to select another winner as per condition 7.3.
7. Claiming the Prize
   1. The Promoter will choose the winner as per condition 5.5 on or before 23:59pm on 22nd June 2026.
   2. If you are the winner of the Prize Draw, you must claim the Prize by no later than 29th June 2026 at 23.59pm. If you do not claim the Prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
   3. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their Prize by no later 29th June 2026 at 23:59pm, then the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the closing date of the Prize Draw.
8. Miscellaneous
   1. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
   2. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
   3. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
   4. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

   6. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
