- The Entertainer is closed on Sunday so orders placed before 2pm on Saturday for Next Day delivery will be with you on Monday. Orders placed after 2pm Saturday and on Sunday will be delivered to you on Tuesday.
- Orders placed after 7pm will be delivered in 2 working days.

Disappointing: story about being fat

Received as a gift however didn’t know the forst story was all about Pooh being fat and needing to lose weight which does feel inappropriate for a young child to be listening to. Quite disappointing this story was selected when there are so many to choose from

We are aware of our responsibility as a company that releases stories for children and curate our content carefully. We also critically examine our current range as well as our future Tonies and we are committed to setting the highest of standards for the content available for our Tonies. Therefore, we are thankful for any kind of criticism.
The content is specifically approved and licensed by the original licence holders, for our partnership with them. We offer our Tonie friends the possibility to decide whether the Tonies are to their liking, by publishing the track list as well as an audio sample for each Tonie on our online shop. Moreover, you can also listen to the Tonie when it is still in its packaging, the chip inside usually has a strong enough signal in order to do this. This might help when listening to future Tonies for the first time.
We know not every Tonie will be the right fit though, so we of course provide the option to return any unwanted items - gift, as long as they meet our return criteria: What is your Return Policy?

Lovely narration but lacks fidelity to original

My daughter loves this, especially the stories about Tigger. She doesn't like the songs at the beginning and fast-forwards every time; I haven't had a chance to listen to them she whacks the Toniebox so fast! However, we have the complete Winnie the Pooh original stories by A.A Milne (would be nice if the name of the author was stated somewhere) and when I read them to her, they are so different that you realise just how much liberty Disney takes with their original material. So, rather divided about this one, as it would be so nice to have the same narration and character voices but with the real stories. Also there are so many stories in the original book, I feel more could have been included on this Tonie, as it leaves one wanting more…
