Cute doll, but came broken

I received this doll for Christmas and was very excited to dress her up and pose her for display since she’s such a cute doll, but when I went to pose I discovered that only one of her arms was bendable. When I looked closer I saw that the other arm appeared to be melted at the joint, so I tried to carefully bend it again and it popped right off, which allowed me to see that the part that holds the arm pieces together is completely melted. I’m very disappointed since she is such a cute doll otherwise. Hopefully other people have better luck.

I bought this for my daughter this for my daughters birthday. she was very upset. the dolls face was smudged and her hair was rough. Most of the accessories were broken. We could not take the shoes of without damaging them. Overall horrible purchase! would not recommend!

Very cute, love the range of dolls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the tween dolls- they're the perfect in-between sizing. We also love the Gracie skates specifically, becuase her skates and other accessories are tons of fun. The surprises included are great and usually mean that my daughter can play with them for a long time, in contrast to toys with fewer accessories and, therefore, shorter attention spans/imagination opportunities. Overall, a really cute doll and a great gift!
