Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of this prize draw is The Entertainer (Amersham) Limited, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (“Promoter”).
2. The Prize is provided by Moonbug Entertainment Limited, 3rd Floor, Labs Upper Lock, 3-6 Water Lane, London, NW1 8JZ (“Prize Provider”).
3. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged eighteen (18) years or over except employees of the Promoter and the Prize Provider, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
4. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary; however internet access and an email address are required to enter the prize draw.
5. To enter, visit CoComelon https://www.thetoyshop.com/cocomelon-prize-draw and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per person into this prize draw. Entries over the maximum number of entries per person will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
6. The opening date for entries is 09:00 BST on 17th July 2025. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 BST on 13th August 2025 (“Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be valid.
7. The Prize Provider and the Promoter accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
8. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on or around 18th August 2025 ("Draw Date").
9. The selected winner will receive the "Prize" which consists of:
   
   i) Destination: One weekend trip (“Trip”) to Chessington World of Adventures Resort (“Resort”).
   
   ii) Guests: The Prize is for up to five (5) persons in total to go on the Trip, comprising either:
   
   (a) two (2) adults and up to three (3) children (aged sixteen (16) or under at the time of travel); or
   (b) one (1) adult and up to four (4) children (aged sixteen (16) or under at the time of travel).
   Reference to “five (5) persons” in this section 9 shall be construed accordingly.
   iii) Travel Expenses:
   
   a. return standard class train tickets for up to five (5) persons from local train stations within the UK to a station near the Resort; or b. return economy class flights for up to five (5) persons from a major UK airport (selected by the Prize Provider) to a designated airport near the Resort; or c. reimbursement for petrol costs and parking fees at the Resort only, for up to two vehicles travelling from the UK to and from the Resort. Travel Exclusions: Any and all other travel costs and expenses are explicitly excluded from the Prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guests. Without limitation, the Prize does not include the cost of transfers to and from UK airports or train stations, travel insurance, baggage fees, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses, and any other associated travel costs not explicitly included in the Prize as set out above. iv) Accommodation: Two (2) nights' accommodation in a standard family room at a hotel within or associated with the Resort. The Prize Provider will select the specific accommodation, subject to availability.
   
   v) Inclusions at Resort: Breakfast for two days at the hotel during the Trip, and two-days’ VIP entrance tickets to the Resort’s theme park and zoo are included for up to five (5) persons during the Trip.
   
   Exclusions at Resort: Any and all other expenses and costs incurred at the Resort, or otherwise during or in connection with the Trip, including but not limited to additional meals, mini bar and snacks at the hotel room, drinks, souvenirs, and personal expenses, are not included in the Prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guests.
   
   vi) Travel Period: The Trip may be taken at any time excluding the Chessington’s Winter’s Tail event and any peak holiday periods as determined by the Resort (including without limitation UK school holidays, major public holidays, the Resort peak season dates); the Resort calendar can be found here: Chessington World of Adventures Resort: UK Theme Park & Zoo. The Prize Provider reserves the right to refuse in its sole discretion certain requested dates, even if they fall outside periods generally defined as peak season, if the cost associated with the requested travel dates is deemed prohibitively high by the Prize Provider. The Trip must be completed before 31st March 2026. Failure to complete the Trip by this date will result in the forfeiture of the Prize, and no alternative prize or compensation will be provided.
10. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they and any person travelling with them are available to travel and hold valid passports (if applicable) and any necessary travel documents for the Trip on the relevant dates for the Trip.
11. The winner will be contacted by the Prize Provider via the details provided at the time of entry as soon as practicable after the Draw Date (the “Notification”). To claim the Prize, the winner must respond to the Notification as set out in the Notification within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of the Notification.
12. The winner's response must explicitly confirm their acceptance of the Prize and provide all necessary information required by the Prize Provider to arrange the Trip. This includes, but is not limited to:
    
    i) the full first and last names and passport details (if applicable) for the winner and all accompanying guests (up to four (4) additional persons as described above); and
    
    ii) their preferred dates of travel.
13. The Prize Provider will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or if the winner does not respond to the Prize Provider within 14 days of being notified by the Prize Provider that they have won in accordance with sections 11 – 12 above, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. The Prize Provider does not accept any responsibility if the winner is not able to take up the Prize.
14. The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
15. The Prize Provider reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Prize Provider’s reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
16. The decision of the Promoter and the Prize Provider regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
17. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the Prize winner to anyone who emails: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (Subject: CoComelon Prize Draw) or writes to CoComelon Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the Closing Date by emailing: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
18. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter and the Prize Provider reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
19. The Promoter and the Prize Provider reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
20. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Prize Provider, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Prize Provider, their agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
21. The Promoter will provide the winner’s details to the Prize Provider only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the Prize. Any personal data submitted to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with the Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible here: CoComelon Privacy Policy | How We Protect Your Data.
22. Personal data supplied during this prize draw will only be processed as set out in these terms and conditions and in the Promoter's privacy policy here: https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also section 17 regarding the announcement of winners and section 21 in relation to the fulfilment of the Prize.
23. These terms and conditions and this prize draw are governed by English law. If any entrants to this prize draw wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England and Wales.
