KPop Demon Hunters is now at The Entertainer

An unexpected global phenomenon, KPop Demon Hunters was the Netflix film that took the world by storm last summer, when it premiered in June 2025. Going on to become a two-time Oscar winning film for both Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song. “Golden,” was the runaway tune that won the award and was the first time a K-pop song has ever won in the category. It also made history at the Grammys, winning Best Song Written for Visual Media and becoming the first K-pop track to win that prize too!

Drawing inspiration from both ancient and modern Korean culture, the story follows a K-Pop girl group called Huntrix, who top the charts by day but hunt down demons by night. When a rival boy band, The Saja Boys, starts eating away at their success, it soon transpires that they are secretly demons sent to diminish their powers.

With a sequel now in the works, there’s going to be more demon hunting adventures on the horizon, and The Entertainer has all the goodies to keep your passion for the power of pop topped up.
