Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 except employees of the Promoter and the Provider, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary, however internet access and an email address is required to enter the prize draw.
3. To enter, simply visit: https://www.thetoyshop.com/bluey-prize-draw and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per person into this prize draw. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
4. The opening date for entries is 09:00 on 26 March 2026. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 22 April 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 24 April 2026 ("Draw Date").
7. There will be one prize winner who will receive a one-night stay at Alton Towers Resort, including theme park tickets, for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) (“Prize”):

   • One night’s accommodation in a Bugbies-themed room at the CBeebies Land Hotel, including buffet breakfast and exclusive entertainment.
   • One-day admission to Alton Towers Theme Park, including CBeebies Land.
   • One-time admission to Alton Towers Water Park in the Splash Landings Hotel.
   • Nine-hole round of Extraordinary Golf.
   • Subject to availability, the Prize is valid on stays up to and including 31st October 2026.
   • Items not included in the Prize include transport/transfers, food and beverages, telephone charges, room service, tips, souvenirs, and all other costs not otherwise mentioned herein.
9. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry within 1 week of the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the Prize winner to anyone who emails: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (Subject: Bluey Alton Towers Prize Draw) or writes to: Bluey Alton Towers Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
14. The “Prize Provider” is Merlin Attractions Operations Limited, Link House, 25 West Street, Poole, Dorset, BH15 1LD. We will provide the winner’s details to the Prize Provider for them to fulfill the Prize. Any personal data submitted to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible here: Merlin Entertainments | Privacy and Cookies.
15. Personal data supplied during this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy: https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 12 regarding the announcement of winners and condition 15 in relation to fulfilment of the Prize.
16. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
