Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 18, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access is required in order to enter the prize draw via www.thetoyshop.com/big-toy-vote
3. To enter, simply, visit www.thetoyshop.com/big-toy-vote and complete the entry form.
4. The opening date for entries is 09.00 on 4th July 2024. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 7th July 2024. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. There are 4 prizes to be won and the 4 winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 8th July 2024 ("Draw Date").
7. Each winner will receive a £100 toy bundle of a range of their choice as indicated at the time of entry, either:
   a. Dinosaur toys
   b. Mermaid Toys
   c. Unicorn toys
   d. Truck Toys
8. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
10. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
11. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (subject 4th July Prize Draw) or writes to 4th July Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by emailing PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
14. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy at https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 11 with regard to the announcement of winners.
15. The prize draw is governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
