If you are going to trade under the name of Early Learning, you really ought to get your facts correct, otherwise children are being misinformed. Xylophones made a sound by hitting wood, hence the name. This has metal bars.

I bought this xylophone for the baby of a musical family. With my experience in child care, I thought it well made and functional and the only age appropriate one I came accross with 2 hammers! The baby is 13 months.

Some comments say this is out of tune, but ours sounds just perfect. We tested it with our flute, and the notes were spot on. Our baby loves making "music" with it!😃

We were gifted this xylophone for my daughter’s first birthday. The tuning is terrible. Had I bought this myself I would return it for a refund without hesitation, but as it was a gift, we are stuck with it. Very disappointed.
