Barcelona Prize Draw - Online Entry

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter or Prize Provider, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary; however, internet access and an email address are required to enter the prize draw.
3. To enter, simply visit https://www.thetoyshop.com/toy-story-prize-draw and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per person into this prize draw. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
4. The opening date for entries is 09:00 on 21 May 2026. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 15 July 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process by 20 July 2026 ("Draw Date").
7. There will be one prize winner who will receive a 5-night travel package for up to 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 16 years to Barcelona, Spain (the "Prize").
8. Prize details:
   • Return economy flights (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) from select UK airports to Barcelona, Spain. Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available. Flight itinerary will be determined by the Prize Provider at their sole discretion.
   • Accommodation is for 5 nights, based on one quadruple occupancy room for two adults and two children under 16, depending on the prize package, in a 4* hotel with daily breakfast in Barcelona, Spain. The accommodation will be selected by the Prize Provider at their sole discretion.
   • Accommodation does not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, and will be the responsibility of the winner and guests.
   • The winner and guests must travel at the same time with the same itinerary.
   • Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time.
   • Prize is subject to availability.
   • Prize must include a Saturday night stay, and cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or UK/Spain Public Holidays.
   • The winner and guests must be in possession of a valid passport for the duration of the trip and for at least 6 months on the date of return travel. The winner and guests are responsible for obtaining any other documentation required for travel to and entry to UK/Spain.
   • Any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests.
   • A £50 GBP cash allowance per adult will be provided to purchase travel insurance.
   • Prize excludes domestic ground transfers, rental car, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the Prize package.
   • A credit/debit card for incidentals may be requested by the hotel at check-in and therefore at least one of the winner or guests must possess and travel with a valid credit/debit card.
   • The winner and guests travel at their own risk.
   • Where applicable, any modifications to the Prize will be at the winner and guest's own expense.
9. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry within 1 week of the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the Prize winner to anyone who emails: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (Subject: Barcelona Prize Draw) or writes to Barcelona Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw or Prize where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. The "Prize Provider" is Element London Limited, 5 Morie Street, London, SW18 1SL. We will provide the winner’s details to the Prize Provider for them to fulfil the Prize. Any personal data submitted to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with the Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible here: Element London Privacy Policy and Our Travel Privacy Policy.
16. Personal data supplied during this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy: https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 12 regarding the announcement of winners and condition 15 in relation to fulfilment of the prize.
17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
18. The “Promoter” of this prize draw is The Entertainer (Amersham) Limited, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB.
19. For the avoidance of doubt, The Walt Disney Company, and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the Prize or prize draw. The Walt Disney Company is not a “sponsor,” “administrator” or “prize provider.”
20. The Walt Disney Company, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, illnesses, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to the Prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the Prize, or Prize-related activity including, without limitation, travel, the promotion, or the prize draw.
