Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all legal UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter or the Prize Provider, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access and an email address is required to enter the prize draw.
3. To enter, simply visit https://www.thetoyshop.com/spiderman-prize-draw and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per person into this prize draw. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
4. The opening date for entries is 09:00 on 16 July 2026. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 12 August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 17 August 2026 ("Draw Date").
7. There will be one winner who will receive a family trip to Berlin, Germany for 2 adults and 2 children (under 16 years old) for 3 nights (“Prize”).
8. Prize details:
   
   
   1. Flights: Return economy flights from major international airports in London, UK only (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to Berlin, Germany; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by Prize Provider at their sole discretion.
   2. Transfers: Return airport transfers in Berlin only.
   3. Accommodation: 3 nights’ 4-star hotel accommodation in Berlin, based on sharing a quadruple occupancy room with daily breakfast; The accommodation will be selected by the Prize Provider at their sole discretion.
   4. Activities:
      
      
      • Treetop High Ropes, includes all equipment and briefing;
      • Indoor Obstacle Course;
      • Virtual Reality Experience;
      • Berlin Observation Desk Tickets, includes admission to observation deck; and
      • Dinner at a Rooftop Restaurant, up to the value of €75 EUR per person.
   5. Travel Insurance: A travel insurance allowance is provided to the value of £80 GBP to cover the family; It is the winner’s responsibility to choose a travel policy that adequately covers their requirements; Allowance will be provided when the winner provides receipt of policy purchase.
   6. Two travellers must be aged 18 or over; Anyone travelling under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel.
   7. Other than set out above, travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or guest’s home and departure airport do not form part of the Prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.
   8. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation.
   9. The Prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the Prize details above.
   10. All elements of the Prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at the Prize Provider’s discretion.
   11. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time.
   12. The winner must contact the Prize Provider with 3 preferred travel dates in 3 separate months no later than 6 weeks prior to departure.
   13. All elements of the Prize must be taken at the same time.
   14. Once booked, the Prize cannot be amended or cancelled.
   15. The Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available;
   16. All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
   17. The Prize cannot be taken from and including 21st December [2026] - 4th January [2027] (Christmas and New Year), over UK public holidays, or over Easter Weekend.
9. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry within 1 week of the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (Subject: Spider-Man: Brand New Day Prize Draw) or writes to Spider-Man: Brand New Day Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. The “Prize Provider” is Element London Limited, 5 Morie Street, London SW18 1SL. The Promoter will provide the winner’s details to the Prize Provider for them to fulfill the prize. Any personal data submitted to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible here: https://element-london.com/privacy-policy/ and Our Travel Privacy Policy | Element - Prize & Incentive People.
16. Personal data supplied during this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here: https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 12 regarding the announcement of winners and condition 15 in relation to fulfilment of the prize.
17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
18. The “Promoter” of this prize draw is The Entertainer (Amersham) Limited, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB.
19. By entering the prize draw, you agree to forever and irrevocably indemnify and release COLUMBIA TRISTAR MARKETING GROUP, INC. and its subsidiaries, affiliates and licensees from any and all liability in connection with the prize draw and/or the Prize.
