Broke after about thirty seconds

This is absolute rubbish. My daughter received this as a gift and the electronics broke within about 2 minutes of use. It now just switches itself on and off in a continuous loop. I wrote to Customer Services but because I could not show them proof of purchase (since it was a gift) they refused to fix of replace it. If you really must buy one, keep the receipt, you will be returning it.

Cheap. Broken shortly after purchase.

Like the other reviewers, this thing lost sound shortly after purchase. There must be some type of known failure with it's circuit board. I'm surprised it's still being sold. Item had potential, but without sound, it's just a stuffed animal, nothing special, not worth the price tag.

Great when worked, but lost its sound

My granddaughter loved this toy when it worked, had hours of fun. Unfortunately, it has no sound any longer. We changed batteries, switched through all stages and even pressed the reset button, but the only thing that works is the light of the heart. Very frustrating for the little one. Can the tech team recommend what else we can do?

Poor quality

My 18 month old son received this as a gift. Unfortunately no longer works. He may have played with it 5 times at most...looks brand new. Evidently this toy has some sort of electronic failure. We changed batteries. Lights up very dimly but no longer plays any sound.
