Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over except employees of The Entertainer (the “Promoter”) and Parkdean Resorts, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
2. The winner will receive a Parkdean Resorts’ holiday voucher worth £500 to use for booking a holiday at one of Parkdean Resorts’ holiday parks (excluding Gatebeck Holiday Park) (the “Prize”).
3. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. However, internet access and an email address is required to enter the prize draw.
4. To enter, simply visit Dora Prize Draw - Form | The Toyshop Site and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per person into this prize draw. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
5. The opening date for entries is 09.00 on 19th June 2025. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 16th July 2025. Entries received outside of these times will not be valid.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
7. One prize winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 23rd July 2025 ("Draw Date").
8. Prize Details:
   a) The Prize can only be redeemed against one holiday booking made for a holiday taken between the following dates: 16th July 2025 - 15th July 2026 (inclusive), subject to availability and holiday park opening dates. Arrival at the chosen holiday park must be before 15th July 2026.
   b) The winner must pay any additional cost of the holiday if the price exceeds £500. No change will be given for any booking made for less than £500.
   c) The Prize does not include transport to and from the relevant Parkdean Resorts holiday park, or any other costs, including but not limited to any extras that the winner wishes to book at the holiday park. The winner is responsible for any expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the Prize.
   Extras such as pets, dining options, cots, bed guards and highchairs will be chargeable in line with Parkdean Resorts’ standard booking terms and conditions.
   d) The holiday booked using the Prize is subject to Parkdean Resorts' standard holiday booking terms and conditions, available at: https://www.parkdeanresorts.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/.
   e) Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
9. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry within 1 week of the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or voucher alternative is offered.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (Subject: Parkdean Resorts Prize Draw) or writes to Parkdean Resorts Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing: PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. The prize provider is Parkdean Resorts UK Limited, 2nd Floor One Gosforth Park Way, Gosforth Business Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE12 8ET. We will provide the winner’s details to Parkdean Resorts for them to fulfill the Prize. Any personal data submitted to Parkdean Resorts will be treated in accordance with Parkdean Resort’s privacy policy, which is accessible at https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy.
16. Personal data supplied during this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy at https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 12 regarding the announcement of the winner and condition 15 in relation to fulfilment of the Prize.
17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
18. The “Promoter” of this prize draw is The Entertainer (Amersham) Limited, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB.
