Every little girls dream (and my own)

Firstly this dolls house is insane. I couldn't of dreamt of something this amazing as a kid and I'm still quite wowed by it as an adult!!!
It is humongous. Make sure you check the sizes as it was even bigger than I had in my mind.
It's not perfect and will explain my issues however overall once built and play ready it's incredible!
So firstly the box is huge and heavy and impossible to hide I had to wrap it the second it arrives. My initial plan was to build and wrap ready for my daughters birthday but this would have been impossible given the size and time it took to build.
The house claims 85 surprises. Do not be fooled this is not lol dolls or toys it's just 85 random house pieces wrapped up. This was a little disheartening for the kids as they had hoped it was dolls!
The instructions are pretty good for assembly. It's similar to ikea but with colour guides and esch piece numbered or lettered. It took a while. I think someone on here claimed 95 minutes. It took me longer but I have 3 children and had to keep stopping so this could be accurate! What was frustrating is it went in to assembling the accessories and then stopped. So I had to look at the picture on the box to work out where the other bits went.
The house itself is made of mdf but decorated. Unfortunately I found flaws on every piece when it came to the paint work. The kids would never notice and it was small markings or flaws but it was literally every part!
I had an issue with holes lining up on the plastic and wood for the lift which was a little frustrating but eventually manage to negotiate it.
Overall I would say this house is absolutely fantastic. The attention to detail the bath the pool the slide the fridge and kitchen is just what girls (and maybe boys) dream of. My girls absolutely love it and I think it will last well too. This was a joint present for my girls aged 4 and 9 and they both love it and play with it for ages!
I actually think it's also pretty good value for the price.
When you compare it to other dolls houses with a lot less going on and a lot smaller this is just mind blowing!
