Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 18, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access is required to enter the prize draw.
3. To enter, simply, visit https://www.thetoyshop.com/disney-moana-2-prize-draw and complete the entry form. You may only submit one entry per person and email address into this prize draw and any entries over the maximum number of submissions will be void and not be entered into this prize draw.
4. The opening date for entries is 09.00 on 28th November 2024. The closing date for entries is 23.59 on 15th December 2024. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. 100 winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 18th December 2024.
7. Winners will receive a prize of 4 Cineworld tickets for a family to watch Moana 2:
   a. Tickets are for 2 adults and 2 children (14 years and under);
   b. Prizes will be issued via e-ticket; and
   c. No other costs will be covered by the Promoter.
8. The winners will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county prize winners to anyone who emails PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com (Subject: Moana 2 Prize Draw) or writes to Moana 2 Prize Draw, The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter before the closing date by emailing PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. Personal data supplied during this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here https://www.thetoyshop.com/privacy. See also condition 11 regarding the announcement of winners.
16. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
17. The Promoter of this prize draw The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (the ‘Promoter’).
