I bought this for my son however the wheel has never worked correctly since.coming out of the box.It doesn't turn when trying to turn the handle it just clicks. Bought in December and given as a birthday present last month... so disappointed.

Defective Part out of Box

Bought this for my child, who loves ball, this part that is suppose to hold the hinge is defective. So when the ball rolls down the slide, it wont stop becuase the hinge supporting the stopping mechanism is complete defectve.

Doesn't snap together properly.

I got this for my son for Christmas. Typically nowadays, most toys are at least partly put together. Not this. It came in about 20 separate pieces. Putting it together wasn't horrible but the snap piece for my top tower does not snap into place properly causing it to frequently come off. Very disappointing.

Absolute Garbage

Probably the most poorly designed toy I have ever seen. 1 - takes forever to assemble due to them not naming the parts but doing so in manual 2 - the Ferris wheel was already broken 3 - The balls dont roll well and often get stuck 4 - the toy itself it just poorly thought through making it difficult for the kid to see the action due to how its setup so they got bored literal after 1 min. Just the worst toy ever made. We tried to donate it to other kids in neighborhood but no one wanted it. Stay away!

Balls/Cars Don't Work Well

My daughter got this fir Christmas and absolutely loved it the first 2 days until the balls/cars stopped rolling completely. We were super disappointed that the steel ball in them doesn't touch the ground anymore. Because of how heavy the balls are we only let her play with it under supervision, so we know she was hitting the balls on the ground to cause the issue.
