Yet another incorrect product!

Somehow managed to send the Ventus Trox version despite the fact the name is on the front of the packaging and it’s a completely different colour. I see that this isn’t the first time this has happened. Surely it isn’t difficult to get this right?

Very impressed with the service and all my questions after ordering item as this was my 1st click & collect with The Entertainer. Service in the shop is always great & the prices of these items is the best out of the few places I have found selling these for a very mad Bakugan fan.
This has been bought as a Christmas/birthday present so I can't comment on the toy too much at the moment but i'm sure it will be very much loved come Christmas day or New years day when this is opened.
Would recommend The Entertainer to anyone wanting to purchase toys for there children.
