The best in customer service is honoured

The award for Store of the Year went to The Entertainer for consistency in submissions throughout the scheme. The store of the year award went to The Entertainer which received 37 nominations for best store, 51 nominations for individual staff members and over the 12 months had two winners of the monthly awards. The store also adopted the Serious Service Awards as part of its internal staff objectives.
