Rated 4 out of 5 Two hours well spent...
This was purchased for my 9 year old son who has a keen interest in Lego and architecture so was a perfect mix of the two, incorporating three building designs in one. Not too difficult to build and the light brick adds a nice touch bringing the different parts of the house to life. A little pricey I feel as the constructed house is not very big but otherwise a great buy. Will keep him happy re-assembling into it's different designs.

Rated 5 out of 5 A Welcome Addition
This set is a fantastic addition to any LEGO setting, be it with the a LEGO City line, the modular buildings or your own builds, this set blends harmoniously. As always, the flagship build is the best of the three as it is not too dissimilar from some of the new build homes of today with its beautiful glass frontage and intricately placed roofing. Cleverly, a light brick has been used to its full potential to light up the main quarters of the home (i.e. The living room).
The second build (The Mediterranean Villa) is also extremely well designed and serves a purpose not too far-fetched from the Family House but at a much more grand level, with the crafty inclusion of the swimming pool; the third build, on the other hand, is quite the contrary. This industrial factory seems rather restricted and doesn't seem to be more than a garage with a long(ish) wall adjacent to it, however, with any leftover pieces and your own collection, this can be rectified by making a factory yourself and sticking with the intended purpose LEGO: imagination.
The inclusion of two minifigures, although basic and not in any way a necessity, is always gratefully received as it helps to expand the village/town/city.
This set is breathtaking value for money at a reasonable price for its 756, admittedly, a rarity nowadays. I believe that any avid LEGO collector or town builder should buy this ASAP as it really brings a modern feel to a previously very '80s and '90s selection of homes - something that LEGO has been really pushing towards (evident with their cheaper release of Small Cottage, which I feel would be a good set to start young and/or 'inexperienced' builders on whilst pushing forwards in due course).

This set was much cheaper on Tesco website than anywhere else. Was easy to order, although I waited quite a long time to pick it up in the store.
